Please note that all apartments have a 'housekeeper fee' which will be required to be paid in cash on arrival. Please enquire if you have any questions about this charge. We will be happy to explain it to you. It is not an extra charge as such but a practical way of paying our staff and includes bed linen and towels, management fees and all local taxes. The amount is taken into account in our price structure. We also require a cash damage/security deposit which is refunded after check out and within seven days of departure.

Loss of keys is chargeable.

For security please note that for direct bookings we can take payments via Paypal but only for the initial reservation deposit.    Balances are paid by bank transfer.

We recommend TransferWise for best rates and transfer fees.  Please enquire.

Housekeeper fee charges are as follows:

Les Fauvettes €500
Artistes Tresor, Villa Grace, Villa le Studio, Le Grand Palais, Bella Vista, Les Flots Bleu and La Barcasse €220
Le Petit Tresor €180  (Month long bookings €250)

Please note that bookings for more than two weeks will have an extra service charge.   

The fee covers bed linen and towels, management fees, all local taxes and final check out fee.  Our apartments are self catering so we do not provide daily maid service but all apartments have washing machines and dishwashers.  Should you require extra maid service please speak to the manager on arrival.

There is also a damage deposit taken for each property which is refunded after check out.

For the London apartments the housekeeper fee of £95 plus a damage/security deposit of £300 which is refunded after check out directly to you in the equivalent currency of your choice..

We try to respond to enquiries the same day bearing in mind that there may be a time difference depending on your location.

Please note that if you do not hear back straight away you should check your spam folder to see if our reply has gone there. Our acknowledgment response should appear immediately so be alerted if you do not see it.

Discounts

We can sometimes offer discounts for two weeks or more.
We also offer a special rate for winter rentals so please inquire.

Cancellation

We regret that we do not offer refunds on deposits.   Final payments are due eight weeks prior to arrival on short lets.  For our Villa and for one monthly rentals or more we require fully payment twelve weeks before arrival.   We advise all our guests to  obtain travel insurance for protection in the event of a need to cancel. We understand that in an emergency this may be unavoidable and would hope that your insurance would cover this unlikely eventuality.

However as we are a small business and our guests book sometimes months in advance it is often very difficult to re-book an apartment. We may have already turned away guests for your dates. 

In special cases and if in we can rebook the apartment we will give a partial refund.

Please ask for a receipt or other if your travel insurance requires proof of booking.

Please check prices with Mattie and also enquire about discounts for winter bookings for one month or more. We have excellent options for longer term guests.
